FEES AND GUARANTEES - Our fees are based on a percentage of the placementıs first year base salary plus any guaranteed bonus. We guarantee all of our placements, for a substantial period of time based upon the level of position. Should a placement not last for any reason with the term of the guarantee period, a full credit is applied toward the search to replace. This guarantee would not apply if the client decides to eliminate the position altogether. Special fees may be negotiated for multiple search assignments. |

CONTINGENCY SEARCH - Under this scenario, we earn our fee only if and when a candidate introduced by us is hired. There is no charge until employment commences. The guarantee period may range from 3 months to as much as one year for the most senior positions. |

RETAINER SEARCH - Under this scenario, the client is guaranteed the highest level of attention and service. This may be accomplished through mass mailings of the job description and personal interviews of all potential candidates. One third of the retainer would be paid up front and the remainder of the fee would be paid upon completion of the search assignment. The guarantee period for a retainer search would be for one full year.
