Our client is a hotel REIT with 75 hotels. They are looking for a Manager to partner with the Development Design and Construction, Asset Management, Acquisitions and Accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely and consistent capital tracking and analysis. They will lead the annual budgeting process and the preparation of the 10-year capital plans.
